How It Started
Womenvitalpath emerged from a simple observation: many women struggle to find fitness guidance that speaks to their reality. Expensive personal trainers, generic online programs designed for everyone (which means they fit no one), and outdated equipment recommendations left countless women feeling frustrated and disconnected from their fitness goals.
Our editorial team — based here in Oulu, Finland — decided to change that. We began researching, testing, and documenting practical home workout approaches specifically suited to the lives of modern women. What started as a passion project has grown into a comprehensive editorial resource trusted by women seeking reliable fitness information.

She founded Womenvitalpath to create accessible, honest fitness content for women. Petra believes that sustainable wellness begins with understanding your own body and respecting your individual needs. When she's not writing, she's testing new workouts in her home studio here in Oulu.
